摘要:
葛惠男认为泄泻病多因饮食伤脾，或肝木犯脾，而致泄泻，日久脾虚肝旺，寒温失调，气血不和，泄泻迁延难愈，此时单纯补脾泻肝方药常难奏效。健脾止泻方功能健脾泻肝、平调寒热、疏通气血，治疗此类泄泻效果显著。
Abstract:
During clinical practice, Professor GE Hui-nan observes that improper diet and emotional stimulation often cause chronic diarrhea and the persistency of which shall cause liver hyperactivity, spleen deficiency, cold heat complex, and disharmony of Qi and blood as well.The diarrhea lasts for long-term course.At this stage, neither repressing liver nor supporting spleen can have therapeutic effect.The application of Jianpi Zhixie Formula turns out to be more effective for its functions of strengthening spleen with eliminating liver qi, balancing cold and heat, dredging Qi and blood.
