摘要:
清代魏之的《续名医类案》列有“疫”门，辑录了金元明清时期53则疫病医案，其中一些医案的原载著作今已亡佚，从而使之具有重要的文献价值。魏之对部分疫病医案有夹注按语，或指明病机，或指示门径，反映了魏之对疫病的独到认识。《续名医类案》对疫病的命名大多统称为疫症、时疫、疫等。本文据症状及用药，将之分为寒疫、温疫、杂疫，分别予以探讨。这些医案透露出来的疫病诊疗经验，对于当下中医治疗疫病仍然具有一定的参考价值。
