摘要:
立足于《金匮要略》妇人病三篇的内容，探讨妊娠病、产后病、妇科杂病的治疗特色以及养胎理念。其治法特色是调理气血为主，突出活血化瘀。其养胎方为白术散，认为养胎不唯在血，而胎系于肾，且得养于胃。
Abstract:
This paper is based on contents of three chapters in gynecology of Jing Gui Yao Lue to discuss on therapy characteristics in pregnancy diseases, puerperal diseases and theories about miscarriage prevention.In the therapy characteristics, there are emphasis on main function of regulation of Qi and blood, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Bai Zhu San is the prescription for miscarriage prevention. The paper points out that miscarriage prevention depends not only on the blood, but also the connection with the kidney, while it is nourished by the stomach.
