摘要:
《伤寒心要》是金元时期镏洪所编的一部有关伤寒用药的著作，一直附于《伤寒直格》一书之后刊行。其 作者与成书年代，历代来学者皆无考证。通过对《伤寒心要序》的再考察，可以确定其成书时间为元至元十五年 （1278年）。此书版本现存有明代刊本6种，清代刊本１种。每个版本都有自己的特色，部分版本间存在着承续 关系。
Abstract:
Shang Han Xin Yao is a book to discuss pharmacy of febrile disease during the Jin and the Yuan Dynasties. It was always published as an appendix of Shan Han Zhi Ge. For lack of historical materials, the author's biography and the completion of the book have not been recognized for many years. Though re-studying on its preface, the time of its completion could be narrowed into the range to the fifteen year of Zhiyuan(A.D.1278)in the Yuan Dynasty. The book has many editions, including six editions of the Ming Dynasty, one edition of the Qing Dynasty. Each edition has their own characteristics. There exists inheritance relationship among some editions.
