摘要:
介绍海派陈氏妇科治疗产后身痛经验。认为该病由妇女产后百脉空虚、风寒之邪与血脉胶结，宜养血益气为主，临床常以定痛散、秦艽寄生汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、独活寄生汤等方辨证治疗。
Abstract:
This paper is to introduce CHEN’s clinical experience on gynecology therapy to postpartum body pain in Shanghai areas. The author considered that the disease is caused by deficiency in meridians and channels, combination by wind cold pathogenic factors with the blood vessels. The therapy is focused on nourishing blood and Qi. In clinics, syndrome differentiation treatment are applied by Ding Tong San, Qinjiao Jisheng Tang, Huangqi Guizhi Wu Wu Tang, Duhuo Jisheng Tang, etc..
