摘要:
张奇文教授认为，产后元气受损，百脉空虚，冲任不固，易感外邪。产后病的病机以虚为主，虚实夹杂，治疗重在益气养血、扶正祛邪。并介绍了其辨治产后自汗、产后发热、产后乳汁自出、产后身痛四则验案。
